Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
We comply with the Personal Data Act (PUL) and the EU Data Protection Regulation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the handling of personal data. Your data is handled in a correct and controlled way so that you can feel safe when you shop in our webshop. The personal data that you provide and that we save through an online store or store is used to be able to administer your purchases and for necessary communication (e.g. sms about delivery, email for news, sales, etc.). Rates
All prices are in Swedish kronor. Prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. We don't charge any expedition costs. Only shipping is added.
Swedish VAT is deducted on deliveries to Norway and other countries if VAT.no is registered.
Order
All orders must be made via our order in the webshop. Should anything be unclear in your order, we will call or email you. All orders are confirmed back by us via e-mail.
Terms/ payment
Swish - Sweden
Enter our Swish number 123 435 57 07 in the Swish app and mark with invoice number and click Pay.
Payment from outside Sweden is made by bank transfer. please contact us for information.
Supplies
We ship with DHL / UPS / POSTEN according to the applicable price lists.
We always try to arrange it at the best price.
The shipping cost is calculated in the webshop based on weight and volume. We have the right to change the shipping art in case of e.g. price increase.
Letters are not replaced.

0-50g - 30 SEK (Letters)
0,05-3kg - 79 KR
3-10kg - 129 KR
10-20kg - 159
20-40kg - 200 SEK
Normal delivery time is 1-3 days after payment received.
Does not apply to fuel.
We send fuel, limited quantity - in case of larger quantity contact us for information about shipping cost: info@albertz-racing.se.
The fuel can be collected at our warehouse in Lomma or get delivery at competitions/trainings according to agreement.
Note! To buy fuel at Albertz Racing & Hobby, permission from MSB (nitromethane more than 12% volume/16% weight) is required
Send a copy of your permission from MSB and a copy of the ID.

Warranty/Complaint
To claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days. Always save packaging, original box and payment confirmation. If you are going to return a damaged item to us, make it easiest in the packaging and packaging in which it was sent out. The right of complaint covers only original defects, i.e. defects that were present in the goods at the time of delivery, material or manufacturing defects. This does not apply in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage yourself. Regular wear and tear is not replaced. Warranty does not apply in the event of handling errors.

Note! Check the product carefully before breaking the package. Only unbroken packaging is returned! In the unlikely event that you have a comment on any item, do not hesitate to contact us!

Withdrawal
Private individuals are legally entitled to cancel purchases within 14 working days of the date the buyer received the last item from an order. The customer pays for the return to us. The packages must be unbroken in order for the right of withdrawal to apply.
Transport damage/damage to goods
If the goods are suspected of being damaged by transport, it must be reported immediately to DHL or Posten. The notification must be made within 7 days of receipt in order for the right of complaint to apply. New goods are sent when DHL or Posten has assumed responsibility or in case of other agreement with the customer.
